2. Disassemble the gear plastic, which also reach the radio, temporally remove radio too
3. The buttons panel (need to use some force, but it will come off)
4. You will see two screws as shown in the picture, unscrew them
5. Remove the old vent (you don’t need it forever). Just break it.
6. Install the new vent, then reassemble things back
